Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for designing and managing the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions, with a particular focus on integrating AI and Machine Learning.

You will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and provide guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development, data science, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a dedicated solutions or enterprise architecture position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong background in software development, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), database management, and networking. A fundamental understanding of system integration, data science, and AI concepts is also required.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect complex business problems and design innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and data processing pipelines.
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or middleware platforms.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architectural Design: Design and document end-to-end technical solutions that align with business goals, including high-level diagrams, component specifications, and data flow models, with an emphasis on integrating AI/ML.
  2. Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendors, including those for AI/ML development, deployment, and MLOps.
  3. Integration Management: Define and manage the technical integration of various systems, designing API gateways, data transfer protocols, and middleware solutions.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams, translating complex technical concepts.
  5. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and data science teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to the architectural design.
